issue with Edge charts
May 2 @ 16:00 EDT, yahoo finance charts stopped working; show error message stating that Int. Exp. not supported. I am using Edge Chromium. Also, the format in backgrould appears to have a different layout; indicated a change by YF.
I use Win 10, High Contrast Theme, Edge Chromium - latesgt verion.
Please Fix This. -
Stock price doesn't update on charts page
It seems that the price now only updates while the page is in the foreground, and that if you switch to a different tab and come back you have to refresh the page to get it to update again. Also, it seems to now show the change since the last refresh in the title bar instead of the change for the day.

Bring back the old chart
Bring back the old chart. This chart is uncomfortable and dificult to work with. And please don't change it again.

JPYEUR exchange rate 10/28/2016
Hi,
The rate for this specific date is wrong by a factor of 100.

If this were true, then for that single day, a USD would have been the near equivalent of a JPY, which is impossible.
You'll find that there is no such thing in the EURJPY chart. -
your charting is very good. If I give you one suggestion. Please add harmonic structure in drawing tool box, then your charts will be super.

Foe example Goiter, butterfly, crab, ABCD pattern. In fibonacci add some more extentions like 227.2%,261.8%,300%, 361.8%. Thanks -
Feedback
It would be really nice Yahoo Finance gave us feedback or updates on whatever they are doing regarding the new chart, which prompts us to comment. I would like to understand their reason for changing things that are working well for "new" features that are obviously creating issues and causing discomfort for the users.

Editing indicator settings in the new chart is so difficult and time consuming
In the new chart, it is hard to set up indicators. In the old chart, you can navigate using the Tab. Please, consider this idea or simply go back to only using the old chart. The new chart pops up randomly... This makes yahoo finance very unreliable.

The link to share my chart is literally 4096 bytes. WTF yahoo!
To share a chart, the link needs to be short enough to be usable.
My chart with 9 tickers showing year-to-date provides a share link of 4096 bytes. That link is not shareable. I'm not even sure it is complete because 4096 seems very suspicious that it may have been truncated.
If you cannot create a useful link, then you should use a link shortening service (assuming they are even capable of storing such a ridiculous link).

do things for better, the new chart is not good at all. bring back the old one or another better, but not the recent new one.

The Watchlist star button is broken
It opens underneath a layer and you can't click on it anymore,

update charts to reflect stock splits
From RETL or NVDA the charts on 2-13-2021 are wrong because they are not reflective of stock splits

Add to Watch List Yellow Star Unresponsive
The Yellow Star Add to watch list is not working on the big charts. It works on the little summary page but not on the big charts. It stopped working when you fixed the last problem. This has been down a while, how about you fix it?

Add % change measure box. Draw a box, display % change within the bounds of horizontal low vs horizontal high, or horizontal high to horizontal low. Depending where you start drawing the box, top or bottom. Very similar to TradingView "measure" feature.

the cross is not following the mouse but the candle only. It is better if it follows mouse movement.
the cross on the screen does not follow the mouse movement, it always remains on candle top. It would be better if the cross remains at mouse pointer. that can help analyse things better and user can feel the control in his hands.

What happened to the dark mode option under settings? We're blinded by all of the white background on these charts!

What happened to my 20 month old suggestion?
What is the status of the suggestion I submitted March 26, 2020? "Please permit user to turn off display of volume data at the bottom of the index chart. " It went into reviewed status months ago despite having climbed in priority for over a year and receiving a number of positive comments from other users. I see no evidence that it has been acted on. Has it been closed without action?
