Why do I have to scroll back up to delete emails that are checked?
Why do I have to scroll back to the top to delete emails and how do I remedy this? It is a huge time waster! Additionally, I am forced to scroll back up in order to hit delete after checking the boxes on emails. Another drag on my time! And lastly, why do I get routed back to the home page after deleting a read email? I need to go to the next email. Please fix this immediately! I have always preferred to look at my email on my desktop because it was easier than my phone but not anymore.

This new version of basic is terrible. How can I get return to the classic version that I had. The header bar should scroll with the email as you read it so when you get to the bottom you can delete , move, etc without going all the way to the top

All of the changes are frustrating! I feel like a four year old jumping back and forth for each action performed.

This. Is. RIDICULOUS. It's like Yahoo asked users what they liked about using Yahoo Mail and then changed everything that was functional into garbage. And we can no longer click the blue dot to mark an email as read or unread. SO FRUSTRATING

I agree....As I am going through emails, when I choose a few to delete and then star a few to keep, it unchooses the ones I chose to delete and I have to start all over again....Add this on to the fact that I can only work with 25 emails at a time and then have to click "next" for the next page....This is going way back in time to click several keys instead of just one.....Is it possible to keep your current clients happy and bring back the email I had on February 1, 2025?

It should open the next mail on the list after deleting the email being viewed.

Either way, go to next email or go back to inbox, is able to be changed in the account settings. I'm not saying I like this new email but your issue can be adjusted, I hope you find it. I have fingers crossed they fix my request as easily.

When I read an email I have to scroll back to the top of the page to delete it/ Please keep the delete at the top of the screen and don't scroll the left side containing the list of folders when scrolling the email.

I prefer that when deleting an email that the next email be displayed. Just like before.

Please restore the navigation buttons on the bottom of the page. I can't delete or take actions without going back to the top of the page. It's not convenient or helpful this way.
