The platform is skipping some of the emails that are accessible through the desktop or laptop use. Why is this so?

My mobile mailbox seems to have defaulted to basic/classic qnd I cannot find a setting anywhere to fix it. I hate it.
Please tell me how to fix it. There is nothing at the top which allows me to switch back and nothing in the settings which allows it either.

Add the More Settings in the settings option f ok r mobile
On my mobile, I pulled up Overview Of Basic Mail to see how to switch back to basic email for mobile. It gives instructions on how to do it. However, when you click on settings, as per the instructions, there is no More Settings, under the settings. Which is where we are instructed to go to switch back to Basic Mail. Please fix this. I just want the basic mail. All of your "layout updates", or "layout upgrades" have been horrible, VERY unappealing, and harder to use than Basic.

Change the layout back
I hate the new layout. I purposely did not update the layout and then today it was automatically installed. It's terrible! Print is way too small and it's too complicated trying to delete messages. Why change something that isnt broken??

More user friendly.
- Make bulk deleting easier.
- Make choices more clearly visible.
- Highlight most used actions.
- Take it back 5 years

Return to the classic layout.

Prefer older version..
In the older version I can delete as a bulk group of emails at once. Like spam mail.

Change email back
I really dislike my new email format. It is not user friendly. You can not empty trash with one click. You can not preview emails without opening them. I would like my old email format back, please.

Put the trashcan symbol by the spam so we can delete all spam like the way it was before.
