I am not able to get a refund for Yahoo Mail Pro because I missed the deadline by 1 day, & I don't use your service!
I contacted Support after finding the $34.99 charge on my bank statement, unfortunately 1 day beyond the 14 days to get a refund. I don't use the Yahoo email account anymore, and didn't get notification of the upcoming billing. The Support person (Mags) was completely inflexible, referring several times to the "policy" as the excuse for failing to issue a refund. Mags would not provide contact information for a manager, or even an email address for the department so I could contest or suggest a partial refund.
I have now cancelled my Yahoo Mail Pro account after being a customer for over 15 years.
