Password via home phone, via existing 2nd email all from a 12yr mail should be enough to sign into an email enough hoops for security
two verifications one from home phone another from a 12 year or more email should be adequate for getting into my other emails. If Yahoo and Microsoft are that paranoid it is time for new adminsitrations.
