What the **** are you doing with the contact list ....... again!. I went in to send a message to a few of my friends and the contact list is all screwed up.
First of all, I have 3 people listed twice with the same info and one person is listed over .......30 times.
Then when I try to sent a message to 25 golf mates, it only allows me to select half of them. and then the slider on the right goes up and down numerous times for no reason,
Lastly, WHY, did you take it upon your self to list the contacts by their first name and not by their last name.
The old set up you had for contacts, was great. Sometimes things are not meant to be changed. In the case of your new email format and especially the contact segment, I and apparently a host of others, think you blew it.

Maybe you should try a test run with your users, BEFORE you jump in with your interpretation of a good format.

While your mulling over what I typed, fix my frekin problems and all of the vast majority that are ****** off with this new .... mess!
