    Where are my emails? I can see them on my cell phone but not on the computer. I can't access all of the finance page either. When are you going to fix this?

    I am adding my comment at well. I am a professor of law and when I teach I use this yahoo account and when I logged in today not only are all my emails gone; all my teaching materials and contacts and folders (contents) are also gone. Please tell us how these things can be restored.
    These contacts are my professional contacts from the last 20 years. I need this information back.

    As another commented, you have over 6 questions about this and no reply from the Company. The courtesy of a reply and the restoration of all of our digital materials is really what is needed here.

    You have 6 comments on here - where are the replies. I am shocked that the emails that I had in folders are gone. It's been awhile and hence I don't care about the mail that wasn't open- but the items that I kept YES!!

    I don't care if another company purchase yahoo - what I care about is the old mail that I kept. that is the only reason I keep this account for so long.

    I opened my inbox last Monday as I do everyday, all my emails for the past year are suddenly gone!!! from November 2018 to date! Did Yahoo do an update on their server and lost peoples emails? made changes? did this happen to anyone else?

    Yep, I log in at least once a year or more, but all of my stuff is gone, forever. Contacts, emails. Thanks you pieces of sh*t

    I set up this account for my daughter when she was born and have been sending her emails since. I sent her an email today and now show that email is undeliverable and then go to check and it is empty!! OMG these are important emails!!!!!! WHERE ARE THEY???
