pop up ad that appears to be a scam is running along side of my email screen. Its using paypal in its ad to gain trust.

Yahoo should screen sites that buy their ads. This was a pop-up ad running alongside of my emails. It appears trustworthy because it's a yahoo allowed ad and it's using pay pal to make it appear trustworthy.
