Use an emailed link for direct access instead of a code for two-step access. It's a lot easier.
Here is a suggestion for everyone looking to improve security in a helpful way.
Why not send, upon user request, an email link that leads directly to the access required.
It avoids the fuss of going back and forth from one email account to another email account (in the case of using one yahoo email account to request a code to be sent to another of one's own yahoo email accounts for access to the first yahoo email account) of the same provider. And it avoids the drudgery of copying and opening the other email, and pasting the numerical code. Why not just a link? To provide instant access. Thank you. No URL address needed. If this is a bit confusing, it works when I request access past a pay wall from within the pay wall site sends me an email code to my subscription email. I'm already logged into the subscription email, I get the email (in this case) from the publication,p with their link. I click the link and get instant access past the pay wall to the content. Its so much easier. Get it? I do hope so! Thanks for opportunity to give feedback!
