Why should we have to pay for your yahoo plus or yahoo mail plus just to block an email address

What if someone was being harassed as your email provider you are allowing them to get continually harassed unless they consider upgrading that’s forcing your customer to buy your upgrade to be able to be private again and feel safe that is not right… by no means now this should be fixed as it is personal and public safety concern with your email program…. This is one of the many reasons you lost and continue to loose customers Verizon parent company of yahoo not cool forcing your customer to buy a product they don’t want don’t need and can’t afford just to block an email address so they can feel safe.
