I'm not going to whitelist you in adblocker. If you keep dropping features and making it harder to use, I'll switch to GMail.
Alienating customers is a bad idea. You have too many ads so I put on adblocker. Now you are cutting features and functionality. Keep it up and I'll switch to GMail.

I'm disgusted by Yahoo's attitude to adBlock. I was maximaly satisfied with email box. But now is my relation to you colder. You can have adds averywhere in news, why be so uncompromising in email box? I thing about change to another mailbox. This is uncorrect from you.

Yahoo/Verizon forced me to choose between Basic mail and Adblocker and I switched to basic mail and I am with it for now.
It may be soon to say bye bye to Yahoo after almost 22 years, if the Yahoo/Verizon continue their approach.
There is no support than email and it sucks.
Yahoo should better be aware that , "If an user ditch another email to switch to Yahoo, same causer can ditch Yahoo as well".

Even a Pro account isn't compatible with Adblock Plus. And suddenly Yahoo doesn't seem to acknowledge the fact I pay for the ad-free (Yahoo Mail Pro) experience either. So now I pay for ad-free email but the client won't provide an ad-free experience? And now there's no support except email to resolve issues with the Pro account. I've been using Yahoo since 1998 and been paying for the ad-free and extra features for some time, but this is enough. Good riddance to these clowns.

I am in the process of switching completely out of Yahoo email after many years. You have too many flashing, distracting ads, which is why I started using an adblocker in the first place. I could use your basic email but you are making even that hard and I'm sure, now that you are owned by Verizon, that it's just the beginning of a long, distracting, disrupting campaign against users with adblockers.

I don't give a **** about the "features"...I'm not whitelisting Yahoo. Give me the option to permanently keep basic Mail rather than give me the stupid interrupt telling me to do something (whitelist) that I will not do.

I agree, easier to just switch to GMail. Yahoo will continue to alienate users and become even less relevant. Stupid idea.

Extremely alienating...always flashing because I WILL NOT whitelist Yahoo in adblocker. Yahoo is the main reason why I have the adblocker in the first place!

The ads slow things down, make the screen look cluttered. Hopefully, Adguard or another ad blocker add on will figure out how to fake yahoo into thinking there's no ad blocker.

Already started using gmail long ago I will just finish moving everything over there. Not only do I have this issue with the stupid forced whitelist of ads I DO NOT want but I keep getting hacked in yahoo and have to keep shutting that down as well.

I myself am switching to gmail because of the interference I get from yahoo because I have an ad blocker.

I actually love Gmail and am not sure why I didn't move my junk email to a different Gmail account a decade ago. New/old tricks Yahoo **** is making me finally just do it. Thank you for the prompt, Yahoo. It's been a history. You were my first ever email account. but you've been so ****** over the decades that I have no nostalgia whatsoever, Only a feeling of liberation.

Me too. Actually quite happy to switch my "junk mail account" (which is all that Yahoo has been good for for about 7 years, since they are so out of touch) to a Gmail account. Bye, Yahoo.

It's sad. Had the same account for 24 years and it has gotten bad. I actually clicked on one of their ads once by mistake and I nearly got a virus from the site it took me too!! The amount of annoying ads is truly unbearable. But the one thing people who are posting here don't understand is that we are dealing with Verizon a 236 BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY. Do you honestly think the give a sheet about what their email users post here?

I am not going to keep my yahoo account if this add blocker pop up happens before i can read every email i get. I am also NOT paying a monthly fee so you cannot make money selling ads to me. This is a very bad idea.

I was silly enough to disable my adblocker and whitelist yahoo, but I keep getting the popup saying that I have to disable the adblocker. Honestly, this is insanity. I can't even check my email because of the popup which won't let you do anything until you click on it! I'm in the process of switching my email right now! This is not how you treat or keep people that have been with you for a long time! I'm out of here!

Why did you remove my ability to change font size and color? I'm willing to switch to gmail or outlook. You really ****** me off.

You're up to your old **** again. Every time you gets someone CEO You want to change stuff think it might work better. All you succeed in doing is ******* people off. You did the same thing a few years ago didn't work now you are doing it again. I went to Gmail then I'll probably do the same thing again even tho I hate Gmail. Why mess with it if it works?
