MY email id is hacked by someone

Recently I recover my email Id back again from the hackers. he use his own mobile and generating new email id for change setting of my email passwords . Now he knows my phone number and all the details related my this email id, PLESE STOP THE HACKERS . MY Idea is to stop this on a best way, please do not Confirm email id pass process from another mobile from adding mobile for particular email id, I don't know why it happens most in Australia only. I never faced this kind of problem in any another country.

please give your emergency contact details of Melbourne, Australia , so any of your customer can contact you in emergency situation
