Why is it all of a sudden if you want yahoo to help you get back into your account you have to pay for it???
Why did yahoo change??why should i pay 12.99 a month for you to help me get back into a email account that has a email for emergency log in but you tell me ihave to use mycell phone which would be fine if i didnt lose the phone!! Now i should be able to use the email to get in !!NOPE!! Okay ill just change the password!!NOPE!! Ive got to use the code from my cell phone to prove its me!! W T F !!!! Customer service i mean the yahoo tech help!! Yeah right!! Said without the phone i cant get into my account !!! Why not you control yahoo!!! You can make this POS do whatever in the **** you want!! You must think your zuckerburg!! Just sit back and do nothing !!your starting to act like facebook!!!
