You should provide support free of cost for your customers. I have an account I can no longer access without paying you to help me with it. The only issue is that I forgot the password and don't have access to the recovery email any more. It would be nice to have someone help me with this issue rather than having to set up a new account. I still can't access some of the information I need because I can't get to my account. I am very frustrated with your email system!!!!
