Improve home page News - filter out duplicated news postings please?

The exact duplication of news posting (2X) happened recently, something has gone wrong with the news posting software scripts. Anyone there to monitor and take actions to correct it?

    Dear Sir/ Madam,
    Good day. I hope not to have in the news of "Malay Mail" (short for MM in the cc of my Yahoo) because poor and low standard in some report of their news. I and most of my friends prefer "New Straits Times" and "The Stars" in the cc to MM which apparently is a shrinking sub standard company in our opinion.
