Ideveloped a city guide website referencing all hot spots in Singapore within different categories: Bar, Cinema, Culture, Event, Food, Party, Shopping, Sight, Sport.

Compared to "hungry go where", "Time out Singapore", "OpenRice" or "Yelp" we are not just a simple directory.

My main advantages are:

• Special offers/Happy Hours directory and sorting by discount: You can target a location around you with Happy Hours and special offers. No one is providing this kind of referencing here in Singapore.

• Sorting by distance: you can use the geolocalization to find the best locations and stores nearby with a distance indication (This will be very useful on-the-go and the website is about to become a mobile application in the next few weeks)

• Facebook Friends advices (likes/dislikes): you can see which one of your friends liked or disliked the location and the comments they wrote down. It will work more and more as a social community with friends recommendations. Sorting by friends is also available to rely a bit more on your friends advices.

• Sorting by date for events: It gives you a clear overview of the upcoming event (arts, movies...) for whatever date you're choosing...

This project is exciting and really challenging and it's growing fast. I really think I can make a difference.

I'd like to improve the quality of information available for Singaporeans/Expats looking for the good place to be or to discover.
I can also provide features which are not wide-spread at the moment and considerably ease the exploration of Singapore in the future.

I come to you with the idea of publishing an article on this project in your newsroom. I believe this topic can be really promising.
