Yahoo mail site CONSTANTLY REFRESHING

Your site constantly refreshes and IF I can actually log in, I cannot read mail because of the refreshing. This has been going on for probably a year or more. I rarely even try to log in because of it. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!
