ACTUALLY SUPPLY HELP WHEN IT's AN ACCOUNT ISSUE!!!!!!!
I have been charged $5/month for a very long time -- despite that I have reported that the Upgrade to Mail+ was added to the WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS! It was to go on my "Primary" account (professional communications with professional title). Yahoo, in all it's wisdom, UPGRADED MY PERSONAL< FAMILY ACCOUNT.
How does someone actually reach a person to explain the problem and GET MY $$$ BACK!!! I have had these email accounts for OVER 50 YEARS!!!!
I was around when the first "Bug" was found in the GIANT COMPUTER.

MAYBE SOMEONE FROM YAHOO will ACTUALLY READ THIS. Yahoo has NO CONCERN for all the $$$$$$ they are fraudulently collecting. Just because they are unique and been around a LOONNNGGG time, Yahoo gets to continue robbing it's customers with no recourse. We cannot complain to the company! We must be just dots on a page to the management. You keep collecting your salary and I (plus gazillions more) just keep LOSING $$$$.
