I created a new confidential OAuth application with “Fantasy Sports – Read” enabled. OAuth authorization succeeds and both access and refresh tokens are issued.

However, every Fantasy Sports API request returns HTTP 403 with:
“This application is not authorized to perform this action.”

This also occurs for the basic endpoint:
https://fantasysports.yahooapis.com/fantasy/v2/game/nba

Please confirm whether the application requires manual approval or activation for Fantasy Sports API access.
