I am not able to get customer support due to the loop issue. I am not able to access my email: home computer broke & am now using computers at libraries. Yahoo wanted me to create more secure password which I did, but then forgot what it was for a while, and then remembered it. Verification code sent to work email but verification code does not work on the capcha area and I don't know where else to enter the verification code. I do not have a cell phone so I don't have a mobile number. Please grant me access to my account which I have had since 1996 or 1997. I am frustrated at not being able to get customer service that will be able to assist me. Not all situations meet your help criteria.
