Recovery password help is not helping at all

I've tried everything to reset my password to an old account the the recovery answers aren't working for. I still have no access to the account. Your help support doesn't recover old passwords. If I don't get the help I need or someone to walk me through the steps on how to recover my account I'll no longer use Yahoo. It's so frustrating not being able to get the right info I need.

    I entered my password but keeps saying error ...then I went through the recovery process using my recovery email : kolexkolawole@gmail.com .I entered the pin sent..and confirm it but later diverts me to guce.yahoo.com and cancelled the http:// ....please I don't understand this at all..looks like am being hacked by someone and I find it difficult to login right now,,, pls I need dis account : Isaac.kolawole@ymail.com. back..thanks
