how about u guys get use customer service that we don't have to pay for if the mistake is on your end
your costomer support is really bad and everytime i call they hang up on me. why do I have to Pay to get back into my account when I never signed up a a key account? I have been trying to get this "key" thing off my account t for months. It came to a point where i had to make a new account and i still need access to that account i have bills, bosses, school work being sent to this account and i cant get help from anyone this crazy what every this "key account" thing is it going to be the reason people switch to Gmail, it shouldn't be that difficult for me to get back into my account. and then customer support doesn't answer any of your questions untill u pay them so even if they cant help you still have to pay that fee. i think yahoo needs to just do better in general.
