Not being able to sign-in in case recovery info is no longer valid
After inputting valid ID and password,
I have noticed pop up sign that some unusual account activity is verified so was asked to verify the text message to the phone number i have input when i first made the account.
But i no longer use the same phone number, so there is no other way that i can verify by recovery info.
It seems really nonsensical to me that this prohibit my access to my account entirely, since this kind of problem might happen often for those who change their phone number and forgot to update their recovery info.
I really need to find the way to regain access to my account, and having trouble find the way to appeal this issue to your team.
I am writing this suggestion with my another account since i can't even log in to my original one, so i would want to ask your team to help solving my issue on this.
