Need way to contact Yahoo without paying for 24/7 support
Even if not given priority support assistance, your current system is inadequate and frustrating. Links keep routing me back to the same help page which does not address my issues. Your page asks whether it was helpful, and when I respond with "did not address my issue" it responds that my input has been noted. But without knowing WHY it was not helpful (specifically) and what other issues are of concern, you noting that the provided answer didn't address my problem tells you nothing that you can use to fix the problem.
This is in my opinion why your Groups are being abandoned in favor of Facebook.
Examples (not asking for support here - just for illustration purposes) include approx 90 of my groups no longer listing, and trying to join a group so I can access files on the site and getting an automated reply saying your application won't be processed because I am already a member. OK, fine - I'm a member, I'm signed in, but can't access content. The ability to CONTACT SOMEONE TO REPORT THE PROBLEM would allow your techs to see if it is a problem at the personal account level, and/or with that group, and/or with your server handling the performing of actions, as it might be a larger problem than just my account and just that particular group.
PLEASE don't just point me to a hyperlink as you've done with everyone else. I'm quite certain your canned reply will similarly not answer my questions or address my specific recommendations.
I also cannot submit without acknowledging the info your provide, which in my case is incorrect.
