Cannot create new email account keep getting error
I'm unable to create new email address, I waited for 48 hours after receiving first error assuming that yahoo is temporarily blocking ip address. I tried different browsers, different wifi. I already have my yahoo account but that is for personal use. I want create new one for my office/professional work. Can someone help?
