(A) I keep getting asked if I want to use planner on my mobile app. I do not. I do not want to use it. I do not want to see it. I do not want to be asked. Do I need to write a "Sam-I-am" style rhyme for this???? (B) I tried to start a "chat" to ask the (A) question, but the "Start Chat" button DID NOTHING. I clicked it 3 times, then came here. I have been a paying Yahoo user for nearly 30 years. THIS is ridiculous!! If you offer something, MAKE IT WORK - or tell me what I'm doing wrong. I'd like an answer (Magreve at Yahoo).
