Allow routing via car ferry. E.g. "Genoa, Italy to Palermo, Italy". The ferry routes are already shown; I should be able to select them.
After suggesting the initial (via road) route, if I select the option "Avoid Tolls", the revised route puts me on a ferry from Naples to Palermo. Instead, I should be able to click-and-drag my own route near Genoa directly onto the ferry route shown as a dashed line to Palermo.
