Don't list titles of any housing developments which are smaller than 100 acres.
This is information only useful to government employees, who should have their own ARC-GIS 10.2 maps already.
These are names chosen by land developers and generally have nothing to do with the area, i.e. Goose Hollow or Sylvan Wood or Frosty Falls, when it's describing some gated community of 20 houses on a flat plain.
