App isn’t working properly

The app is hanging. When ever I check the weather on go on the maps.. it’s been hanging. Like the clouds part sometimes come and sometimes don’t.

    Portland OR got dropped. Some other weird place got added. Can’t arrange list in order I’d like. Have rebooted several times. aargh!!!

    Adding cities I don't want, and not keeping the ones I put in.

    Your weather app. is adding cities I don’t have & omitting ones I do. This has been going on all day.

    App keeps dropping my current location of Portland Oregon and app is keeps on showing Kamloops Junction instead of Portland Oregon!

    The app won’t load the weather for Norfolk Island. Been a problem since around May this year. Not just my phone as my kids have checked it out and same problem. Would love someone to fix it or let me know what the problem is. Thanks
