Delayed information
When the app launches, it shows information that is not current. It can be raining outside, but the app shows clear sky. Minutes Later, it eventually updates the information to be accurate. So, it should not show any info until updates are complete. Also, the rain graphics are often missing or out of sync with the textual info.
