I have not been able to log into my email account for two weeks. I call daily. No result. Who can I speak to, to fix this?
I want to be able to speak to someone who can tell me more than "our engineering people are aware of your problem and will be fixing this as soon as possible". Two weeks to fix a looping issue when loggin in is not satisfactory. I need to access a code sent from Apple to this email address in order to set up mail on my new phone. I have now been mobile email-less for two weeks and am fed up with no solid answer as to when this issue will be addressed. There needs to be a phone contact for these types of issues, rather than just a call centre that cannot assist with the problem.
