The most important thing a company can do to show its consumers and/or users that it actually cares about them is by actually listening to them and hearing them live, whether its via a live chat box or phone call.
I think its pretty disgusting you don't have this service, nothing is more frustrating than having an issue and not being able to solve it, because lets face it, majority of the internet users struggle understanding problems that's happening to them and need help ASAP due to many reasons.
I currently have a very serious issue and i am unable to find answers, i do not have time to "ask the community". The fact you let everyone sort their own problems is stupid. I love how your "Contact Us" button just redirects me to the community or pre-written resolutions> NEWS FLASH: not every scenario is the same!
At the time i am writing this i have yet to find a direct message to your staff (if they exist) and incredibly disappointed. If by some magical chance you do have a direct message system, well it is poorly displayed because i've spent a good 2 hours looking. When people are in need and panicking we need a big massive sign saying " CHAT TO US NOW".
Due to the seriousness of my issue and failure of your company's effort to have a suitable contact service i am left with no choice but to delete my email address and all contacts, and info and never use your services again because if this can happen once it can happen again.
Once again:
This is 2016 and you are a huge business, you have the resources to have a chat line and the fact you avoid it, is disgusting. Get you self sorted out and fix this because after this absolute nightmare i have now experienced i will make it a point to express to everyone i know how much of horrible system you guys have and how unreliable of a service you are.
Until I've seen an effort in making contact with your users directly 1 on 1. My opinion will never changed. You have ruined my day and possibly a lot more due to the questions i am now left unanswered.
(All information disregarded if by some magical chance i have missed seeing a direct contact link in my hours of panic and stress)

I have exact same issue, cannot find where I can get help to sort out unwatchable programmes on channel 7 catchup.... ads mostly work fine but shows do not. Chanel 2 iwatch works fine also so I don't think problem is with my computer... No help from channel 7 is extremely frustrating.

They need to fix their site. I reactivated my account and got "success!" only to find I wasn't. It would be good if I could explain the problem to someone who can do something about it. This is pretty hopeless.

I've been trying to find a way to delete a Flickr account many years after having closed my yahoo account. I'm stuck in the same endless loop back to the help forum (which I can't contribute to because I'm not logged in - duhhh) and the log in page. If you're trying to make me crazy its working.

why does the adverts always jam on the second one when trying to watch a show on 7 plus? this happens every show that has 5 adds in a row very annoying

It is prety disgusting that your staff choose to ignore our request, even when it is an appropiate inquiry. They seem to be lacking any knowledge of what they are involved in or to answer simple questions. Happens every time. Also most times they are simply not at their desks. Off to spend time chatting. tweeting or powdering their faces. Pardon the remarks but I'm just disgusted. Im ready to talk to someone if you will email me.

I got the comprehensive TV guide for the Rio Olympics in last weeks papers, looking at the start to the finish of the guide I could not see any Badminton which is also included in the games.
I thought that Channel 7 covered all the sports.

How come a lot of emails are not getting into my yahoo account...they come to Gmail and when I forward them they do not come through...VERY UNRELIABLE
