Please stop putting graphic images on the home page!!!!!
Today you posted a story about an Indian man murdering his 3-yr-old stepdaughter by throwing her into a pool. There was a warning that there were distressing images, but it was under a photo of the man tossing the girl into the pool!!!! I couldn't protect myself from the trauma of the story and photos, because it was right there before you could even choose to look at it or not. It was so upsetting, I immediately burst into tears and am having trouble getting the image out of my mind!!! It is distressing for anyone to see, but as a mother of a 3-yr-old girl, I found it incredibly traumatic. This is nowhere near the first time your site has posted awful images as the "clickbait" for a story and I wish to high heaven that you would stop! Aren;t the headlines thrilling enough so that people who are intrigued can choose to read on further? I am an Aussie living overseas and I use your website to keep in touch with happenings in Australia, but I am looking for another site. Please have some level of care for your readers!
