How can we improve the Yahoo AU homepage?

Fix the broken mail recovery access system !

I cant access my email because your recovery support page keeps refusing to allow me past the 1st step to allow support online & wont allow me to change recovery email address for the address I need to recover!

Please fix it asap so I can access my mail again!
