Please explain why you insist on me providing a mobile number to set up a Yahoo account.
I don't provide my mobile phone number to anyone unless they have a valid reason. I certainly don't provide it over the internet.
Your excuses regarding "requiring" a mobile number to enable email resets are invalid.
Finally, I don't believe you are allowed to require such private information under Australian law.
You do not require it to provide the service being requested.
Please provide an option to use a verified email address for password resets..
