I can not access my amail!
I can not access my email! My recently updated password is not being accepted so I went through the recovery process, the only option it is giving me is to have a message sent to my mobile. It seems to be the right mobile number but I am not getting the message! I tried my old passwords and they are also not working, I checked all spelling, I then tried the customer care page but that doesn't seem to do anything at all except ask what the problem is and then nothing!!!!! Please help me, I don't want to have to go through the process of changing email accounts and updating my new email with all my contacts...
