Get rid of the first line email advertising. I have tried and tried and tried to filter ALL advertisers and I do not want this..... how do I

How do I get rid of the unwanted advertising in my email ? I have tried to filter but it is arduous and does not work. Do you want to have me deleted ? This is not good enough. I do not want your advertising in my email in-box
