logging in
since you obviously do not care about your users to provide a means of lodging a complain I have selected a topic at random. It has just taken me 36 minutes to log in to Yahoo in order to receive my WORK emails, I would invoice you for this as it was a total waste of my time with the total **** your system made me do in order to login. I had entered the correct password in each time yet I had to complete some stupid **** varification thing and also receive an SMS in order to be able to enter that exact same password in again. I have NEVER had so much trouble with a system before. Obviously Yahoo is also a cowardly company as you do not have an actual complaints process, people have to use other means to advise you of problems they are having and these will probably never be seen by anyone who can actually resolve these issues. This is not the first time I have had this problem, I login from devices both at home and from other places including in other countries and it can take ages to actually login to Yahoo, it is not convenient to change my email address with all the people and businesses I interact with but spending up to an hour logging in is also not convenient. I make use of several social media platforms, both personally and for business, it would be a shame if I were forced to inform the many thousands of followers I have of these issues. I expect at least an apology and these issues to be investigated, but they will probably be ignored and my message will just be deleted leading me to post in my social media pages about them.
