staying in business
Greed is rampant in world wide and making as much as you can from any product is understandable. When you ignore customer feedback in order to line your purses at first it would be tolerated by the majority. When you continuously ignore feedback and blatantly do things against the interest of your customers you will find that the backlash might place you jeopardy. You had a great product, free emails, it gave you loads of data you could mine to your hearts desire and from that data you started selling spots for ads, congrats the American dream, live off the fat of others with as little effort as possible. Here is where your model begins its downward spiral, when customers start moving to a similar product that actually listens to them even just a little you lose that data to mine, so you cannot generate revenue because you cannot sell more ad space. I have been with yahoo over 2 decades and put up with lots, but invading the email header was the last straw, I will over the course of the next few months be switching to one of your competitors who do appreciate their customers but will keep this email for nostalgic reason and morbid curiosity, I want to see how far you will fall simply because of greed.

Guess they did not like my post cause after only 5 days I have been blocked from using my account....how amusing the help desk (doesn't exist) instead they tell you to use your recovery methods, and of course back when my recovery method was used all they needed was a home phone number, now it doesnt seem to work, but you cannot get in touch with anyone cause that would mean someone has to hear your complaint, and of course you cannot complain unless you log into a valid yahoo account, hehehehehe well done Yahoo, well done.
