Customer Support for Canada
Please make a customer support service available in Canada. There is no option to speak to a live person about Yahoo account issues unless your account was created in the US or the UK, and none of the options in the Help menu are applicable.

The recovery Email for my Yahoo account is no longer valid due to that company going out of business, and now I am locked out from some important information and unable to access accounts that were made with the Yahoo email as the main contact (facebook and other social media) and am missing many contacts from my Yahoo in any other account, that I would also like back.
If Yahoo is using paid subscription to access the customer service what's the hold up, I wouldn't mind paying a few dollars to get this amended.

I know what you mean, Yahoo is a terrible service. I have tried everything to contact them online because someone is harassing me in the news comments, but I can't do anything about it. They are owned by Verizon Media now, so I'm going contact them by phone on Monday, June 9 in the morning and tell them I will be getting the police involved if they don't do anything about it, because I want this person to stop harassing me.
