It has been 3 months since our ability to generate passwords for devices has not worked. What is wrong with Yahoo tech. Why can't they fix.
Why doesn't Yahoo hire competent technology coders to fix their terrible platform. What good is an email server if the users cannot access it with their devices. Come on Yahoo. Every other tech company in the world is more efficient than you.

The issue continues and it's not a priority to fix for Rogers Yahoo. I've spent hours on the phone and chat with them and it appears that there is no fix date in sight, so apparently, anyone with windows platform can't generate an application password and get into their email......its been over a month and a half and only way around it is to use webmail, which is robust enough and provides bare minimum options vs Microsoft 365 Outlook, which i am paying for. I will be cancelling my Rogers Ignite account for TV, internet, phones and email service shortly and create an account with alternate email and suggest other customers do the same since this will not be fixed any time soon. Maybe, the Shaw acquisition is keeping them too busy and making them a lot of money that they don't care about existing long-term customers. They have not been truthful, transparent or responsive to this issue and blame it on yahoo........my payments are made to Rogers, .....Rogers takes my money, so ultimately, Rogers is responsible for the fix. I'm almost done with Rogers and i won't be coming back as a customer once i leave......

Many users have complained that the ability to generate passwords in order to access yahoo email on other devices has not been working for over three months now. This is a terrible performance issue for Yahoo that is damaging their reputation and image as one of the largest email handlers on the net.Yahoo is basically ignoring it.
