Provide some way to contact you when none your help suggestions work and you have lost access to your email account.
I lost access to my email because Rogers doesn't support Yahoo any more. I had to re-enter my password on the Yahoo website but none of the passwords worked. I had 2 recovery options but one was a mobile phone number that I changed a few years back and forgot to change it with Yahoo. The second option was home phone number but because we changed providers and went with Rogers we no longer receive text on our home phone. I have tried the number provided by yahoo but it was only automated and wouldn't work. I have tried every help option you provide. I feel if I could talk to a live agent I could answer enough questions regarding my account that you could verify it was me. I have not lost access to my Yahoo account and all my emails that I have had for years. I am so discouraged and don't know where to turn for help.
