I have entered my login/password correctly however it gives me an error messages indicating that it is incorrect and to use a jumbled picture and/or sound code which the audio is inaudible at a high volume and sounds like multiple people speaking at the same time. The word and/or picture you cannot make out if it is upper or lower case lettering. The whole experience is very frustrating.
