My account got hacked 3 or 4 months ago and I still have not been able get a hold of anyone from your company. I have tried to phone and email. Nothing! no response. I just want my account deleted and I can't even do that because the hackers changed my password and security questions. I would leave my email address but whats the point. It's not like I will ever be able to receive emails seeing how the hackers are now in control of it.
