Train Your Employees Not To Lie
Stop training your staff to be crooks. On a Yahoo mail issue call routed to Yahoo (California) overnight, they tried to sell me a $400 to $1500 service package saying all rundll32 files are hacker based, and until they fixed that they wouldn't fix my mail issue. They wouldn't release remote control of my computer despite numerous requests and used scare tactics suggesting all my passwords and identity "could" have been stolen.
My ISP using Yahoo mail has verified this morning the problem is at YOUR end, so it couldn't have even BEEN FIXED by your staff and my ISP has opened a "ticket". Your employee's number (which I demanded) is available, if in fact it is even accurate. I have it, his non-real phone name and his six digit alleged employee number 23****. For now I've purposely redacted his employee number.
