Your customer service stinks
I get the advice to do x number of things to change my password ;after I do this i am told my password cannot be changed on line
the customer service has done this three times in the past two days

Yahoo should be ashamed to make our life miserable by making it impossible to change our password ;especially in light of bleeding heart virus
