Hello... Yahoo...we have a problem. I use to think Yahoo Mail was friendly, but ,no more. Now Yahoo Mail is one big frustration, and you certainly cannot be proud of that. As a business you must be concerned that new Yahoo Mail format substantially reduces previous high quality of Mail service by more than 50%. New Yahoo Mail format enchaines user freedom and personal discretion in performing Yahoo Mail options. Yahoo has imposed a new configuration that completely disregards users' freedom, only to satisfy Yahoo's own corporate GREED,. GReED GReED. You threw out the baby with the bath water. Accommodating advertising by reducing quality Yahoo Mail service is poor corporate strategy because it alienates Yahoo Mail users, first from incompetent Yahoo Inc. and also from arrogant advertisers, which are now perceived as NEGATIVE, NEGATIVE, NEGATIVE-Yahoo-Mail-service-interrupters, who demean and reduce quality of Yahoo Mail service. New Yahoo Mail service is now essentially dysfunctional. Clearly Yahoo Mail service does not have the capacity to provide excellent Mail service and advertising. Who is the shinning stars on your executive management board and staff who proposed such an abominable business strategy, as to impair previous excellence of Yahoo Mail service. Your new Yahoo Mail format speaks of flagrant amateurish bumbling. Is that what you are? You need to first improve Yahoo CAPACITY before restructuring an existing high quality service. I suggest you create a separate 'Yahoo Advertising Flyer" page, that I can go to at will to view products and services offered, then, please, return to previous excellent Yahoo mail format and let me organize my Yahoo Mail as I wish to, not as you wish me to.
