What's with all the emails warning of an upgrade that will not allow me to access my email after Aug. 15?

Each email comes from a different sender. I can't think this is legit, but do not want to lose me email service. Is this spam or legit? Pls respond before Aug. 15.

    I have the same thing. I've had many from various senders, but this one shows yahoo as the originator and my date is June 9th. Do we ever get answers from this company?
