How can you improve? Fire a writer and editor for discrimination!
Keith Mulvilhill posted an article ripe with age discrimination and some editor must have approved it. FIRE THEM! The article said people over 65 did not need cancer screenings because they will die of something else first. That is OUTRAGEOUS! Cancer used to be a death sentence. Now, because of screenings, early detection and improved treatments, lt is often beaten or become a manageable chronic illness. He would have us go back to "die earlier if you are over 65". BECAUSE of the screenings, cancer has been reduced as a threat. Mulvilhill, and the editor who approved his article, are campaigning to increase that threat again. Not only do we need to continue screening, we need better tests and treatments for the next illness that has taken cancer's place as a prime killer. FIRE THEM. Discrimination is NOT TOLERABLE!
