    ii haven't had an email sent to me or I sent out what is the problem

    I have also tried changing my password, to no avail... it accepts my new password then the page just stays the same and I can still not access, very frustrating!!!!!!!!! And from reading other posts in the help section, seems that many others are having the same difficulty!
